Going on a picnic and you are stumped as to what to bring? Chef Val can help you create a couple easy to prepare and easy to travel with dishes. Using whole foods, vegan and organic ingredients, you will learn how to prepare the dishes, how to package them for your picnic and the nutritional value of the food.  Learn how to make: Tempeh Sweet Potato Roll Ups with Special Sauce, and Cole Lettuce Vegetable Salad. 

Chef Valerie Wilson, also known as Chef Val, has been in the food industry since 1985, and started teaching cooking classes in 1997. She is the author for five cookbooks,  and offers lifestyle counseling and personal chef services. She also has a YouTube channel and hosts her own podcast, REAL FOOD with Chef Val.
